Hillside Modern

Modern forms create a striking visual against the rural landscape in our Hillside Modern. A key feature? It is built into the hillside, so from a front entry perspective, it is subdued or almost hidden. The back is revealed as a stately, multi-storied building with a walkout overlooking a scenic wetland area. We designed a waterfall feature for visual aesthetics – but audible comfort as well. The pool is elevated at main level floor to create a close proximity with kitchen and great room for easy outdoor indoor living.
