Our Calizonia Signature Style home is a blend of California vibes with Arizona modern spaces, designed for views, views, views from all directions.

While it is highly modern, the design is actually based on ancient history: the Romans. Each Roman home faced a common courtyard and water feature. In this modern take on history, it’s the pool.

From front to back, our Calizonia style homes are all-in architecture. We think through the flow of every single space and how the spaces relate to one another. These are WAY more than a floor plan, which is only a 2D representation. We think and design in 3D.
