MULTI FAMILY - OUR APPROACH

Multi-family developments often miss the mark where it matters most: how people actually live. Without a residential perspective, spaces can feel generic, and the overall experience can feel more commercial than comfortable.

That’s where our approach is different.

Because we design homes, we naturally bring that same level of care and understanding into every multi-family project. Each unit is shaped with real lifestyle in mind - how people move through a space, what feels intuitive, and what makes a place truly livable.

That thinking extends beyond the walls of each unit. The exterior isn’t treated like a commercial building, but as part of a larger living environment. Landscaping, walkways and shared spaces are designed to feel connected, intentional and welcoming — like a neighborhood, not just a development.

The result is something that feels distinct. A place that fits into its surroundings while offering something more. A place where people don’t just live, but feel at home.

Saville Condos

Our Seville condominium development is a fresh take on multi-family living by combining modern European design influences with a carefully articulated building form. Here, we avoid the traditional “block” appearance by breaking the massing into a series of distinct yet cohesive volumes. This creates visual interest at a more residential scale.

The Architecture features steep rooflines, expansive windows and a balanced mix of materials, creating a refined, contemporary character. Variations in massing design create depth and rhythm.

Designed with both aesthetics and livability in mind, the building maximizes natural light and offers a sense of individuality within a cohesive development, appealing to residents seeking elevated and thoughtfully designed living.

Wayzata Condos

Our Wayzata condos are designed as more than a collection of residences; they are a place to arrive and experience. Inspired by the scale and charm of historic village environments, the Architecture creates a setting that feels familiar, walkable and quietly refined.

Each building contributes to a larger composition, framing streets and shared spaces that encourage connection while still offering moments of privacy. The Architectural language is timeless, balancing warmth, proportion and light to create spaces that feel enduring.

From morning light across the facades to evening activity along the sidewalks, our Wayzata condos are designed to support the rhythm of daily life – calm and engaged.

MARSHALL GARDENS

We love designing homes. This time, we get to design a whole community of homes! Marshall Gardens in Eden Prairie, Minnesota will soon be home to The Bluffs condo buildings as well as single family Villa homes as part of this new, modern development.

The modern European style of Architecture incorporates steep roof forms as we used here. We also used a modern exterior finish of stucco and stone that stand in contrast with the darker roof and windows. We were careful with the massing and the spaces themselves to create Architectural interest throughout the buildings, along with the clean lines of the exterior.

The Bluffs condo units are single level, with an array of floor plans throughout the complex. The exterior in the back overlooks the bluff area, so each condo has picturesque views; great care was taken to maximize the number of condo units that get to capture these expansive views.

OASIS CONDOS

Our Oasis condos celebrate community with units facing an open courtyard. Yet each unit has privacy features, even outdoors.Creating a cool entry into the space, large pivot doors open up into the condo. Once inside, you’re introduced to the living space. Three stories tall, the condos give owners expansive views out to the courtyard and up into the night sky.Water features create quiet, calm spaces. Reflecting pools are meant for tranquility, but also act as a way to maintain that privacy, safety and security. Rooftop gardens create outdoor space that is more private.

A project meant for Arizona, although could potentially be located anywhere, the rammed earth is a unique way to design the walls with a texture and a nod back to where it’s built.

LILYDALE CONDOS

The Architecture of this project is rooted in clarity of structure, proportion and experience. Rather than relying on applied details, the Architecture uses a simple, repeatable framework to organize the building into a series of vertical living modules.

Each unit is expressed through a framed volume, creating depth within the facade and allowing light, shadow and material to define the character of the building throughout the day. Subtle shifts in plane and proportion soften the repetition, giving the overall composition a quiet sense of movement.

The relationship to the street is direct and deliberate. Ground-level units have defined entries with landscape transitions, creating a layered threshold between private and shared space.

These multi-family homes are designed with proportion, light and natural materials to carry the design rather than relying on excess – homes that feel both contemporary and enduring.
